Hello all! I’m pretty excited to write about my hobbies for Project 3. What I plan to talk about is fitness classes, since I take quite a few of them. I love working out in anyway I can, whether that’s breaking a sweat a my kickboxing gym or going to a community yoga session. Now I will note that I am NOT a certified nutritionist or health instructor these are just the things I like to do to stay active and healthy! I plan to share a few of my favorite pre and post snacks and show you guys where I take these classes in the San Marcos/Austin area.

Each page will be showing a different class I took, which are, cycling, kickboxing, yoga, trail running, and free weights.

I’ll incorporate photos and locations on where these classes are on my website!
