So I have I mentioned that I work in film?
Because I spend most of my days editing and staring into a computer screen when I’m not capturing B-roll, I tend to need creative inspiration. Tane Digital Video, is a production company that creates original content with marketing in their back pocket. I’m obsessed with there website. Many people don’t understand or think of film as art work. Well, it is! I feel like their website displays their creativity very well. If you wanted a video created would you go to a company for help if their website was dull and boring? Probably not.
1)
So obviously the companies design work is amazing, they look like they have a great team. Besides all that, they are really creative in how they insert content. Normally brands will just have a linked list of all the companies they have worked with. Here they have actual images and representations of each company they have worked with. I feel like this style is pretty unique.
2) The companies page is one continuous scroll which I actually like. But if you see at the top of the page they also have an index, if you don’t like scrolling to everything. They map all their projects in the journal tab which lets clients see what they are up to and projects they a passionate about before it gets produced and published.
What you are seeing here is the top of the Homepage. The image looks like a photo, but you are mistaken…it’s actually a video that you can choose to click on or keep scrolling. What better way for a media production company to introduce themseleves than with a video.
3)
Heres where the company really gets creative. Wanna know more about their team? This appears to be a really cool joint picture but it’s actually clickable. This allows the viewer to see the whole team, and learn more about each individual with bios included.
4)
Last but not least, I love that their portfolio of work is displayed in a side show but is also clickable. If you click on the video it then becomes full screen. You can also navigate back and forth between videos. I’d love to do something like this with my website.
