Hi my name’s Curtis Ferguson. I’m about to graduate in December with a major in Public Relations and Business minor. I’m originally from San Antonio, and the oldest child of three boys. I attended Texas Tech before transferring to Texas State two years ago. I’m an avid sports fan, and my favorite teams are the San Antonio Spurs and Pittsburgh Steelers.
I originally took this class, because I had another elective open. Beyond just that I think that ultimately being able to code and write in CSS/HTML would be a nice skill to be able to put down on any future resumes, and it’s just something that I think would be interesting to know how to do . I remember just a little bit of coding skills from when I took FDOM, but it isn’t enough to really claim as a skill.
One of the sites I visit most often is nice kicks, which originally started as a shoe store in Austin. Typically they post articles about any new shoe releases or if any models/news of future shoes come out. They also run little events called Kicks on Court where they show the different player edition shoes that get worn throughout the different sports seasons.Their blog is also currently run by a Texas State Alumni so it’s cool to see someone from our school make it.
