I didn’t know what to expect going into this class but I can say that I am now able to go to any website and understand brackets full of coding information. It truely is like learning a new language. Hopefully I’ll never have to pay anyone to build my site because I’ll have the tools and knowledge to do it myself.
That being said, I found the video tutorials extremely helpful. They were easy to follow and packed with information and explanations. One thing that I do wish would change for future students is the layout of the computer lab. It was very hard for me to focus on the lesson while constantly turning to my computer to try and follow along. My computer station is placed in an awkward position; maybe it would be beneficial if all the seats were facing the screen.
Overall, the class was packed with useful information.
It seriously is like a whole new language!
