I thought the trouble assessment wasn’t too bad. By bringing up the website on an internet browser first, it allowed me to see what wasn’t working properly. However, the broken code that was in the very top code of every page really stumped me. So, by comparing each character to other pages that did work, I was able to find an extra character in the coding. It’s crazy how one character can mess up the entire document.

One website that I’ve used frequently is http://www.w3schools.com/. I’m sure this a website that a lot of you have used. This website really helps with both html and css coding. I have used it to find coding for pretty much everything, but another website that I really like is the Adobe Kuler. With this website, you can find a unique color of any color. The options of colors are almost endless, which provides uniqueness to your website.

An extra character in the code really almost stumped me as well. It is tricky if you don’t know what your looking for. Adobe Kuler is really cool! I am going to have to use that next time i want a custom color.

That part of the assessment tricked me for a minute also. Adobe Kuler is a really cool website, I didn’t know about it before this class!

Comparing the code of working pages to those that don’t work is a very good strategy! That’s how I figure it out too. Adobe Kuler is one very helpful site that I didn’t know about before this class, but it’s so cool! I really like that it gives us the code for colors besides the basic ones.
