I think with coding I have always struggled with giving up when I can’t get the code to do what I envision in my head. I have a bad habit of abandoning aspects of projects that would be very cool if I found a way to add them but when I can’t figure it out and google doesn’t turn anything up right away, I typically move on and forget about adding that element.
What I am comfortable with in coding is they syntax of html and css. Both languages are similar in small ways to C++, the language I have learned the most in.
Lynda.com is a great website for all sorts of tutorials for pretty much any program/language you wish to learn. Normally you have to purchase a not so cheap subscription but Texas State students have in included with tuition!

I quickly glanced over Lynda.com and like what I see thus far! I will definitely have to go back in and look through their tutorials and what not.
I totally agree with the frustration you feel when what you see in your head isn’t what you see with your eyes (if that makes sense).
I will also glance over to Lynda.com, since I am still looking for more websites that have tutorials on HTML and CSS. Do you know if Lynda.com also helps with PhotoShop and iMove?
