I started school with hopes of breaking into the film industry after I graduate but with the drop in productions being filmed in Texas, I started to explore other options. I noticed web design classes on the degree plan at Texas State when I applied so I decided to give it a shot. I had used html for my MySpace page back in high school but never really thought of it as a career path. I enjoyed the html project that I had to do in FDOM and decided to add the Digital Media Concentration to my degree. I also attempted a minor in computer science but that only lasted one semester when I discovered that C++ isn’t for me and it makes me want to figuratively strangle kittens.
I buy most of my clothes online because I have a very specific style and I don’t like to feel pressured into buying something on the spot. What if I get home realize I don’t like it that much? My favorite site is ModCloth. The site is easy to navigate and they have a lot of options to narrow your search. They also let the users vote on new items for them to carry.
