I was pretty nervous about the assessment but I was surprised to find it fairly easy. I was stumped on the page that had the footer appearing above the table. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for closing tags more. The problems in the assessment are things that I’ve experienced with my own personal page like putting the wrong file extension for an image.

I found the solution for the footer issue on the assessment on stack overflow.com which is a forum where people ask and answer questions about coding. I also look at w3schools.com.

I was pretty nervous as well, but was happy that I ended up feeling well prepared for what was asked of us.

The footer problem was the same one I got stumped on, too! I was looking at it for so long and comparing it to other pages and just couldn’t figure it out. It ended up that I was thinking way too hard about it and it was simply missing a closing tag. Just goes to prove how much the little things matter in coding.

Yeah, I almost didn’t catch the footer problem on the assessment. I had to switch between the pages to see what was different/wrong. I also use w3schools; this website is just really clear about what to do and is useful for someone learning basic code.

I had trouble with the same thing on the assessment! The footer above the table confused me also and that was probably what I spent the most time on.
