Before taking this class I was always interesting in learning to code my own website or a future clients website. I learned a lot this semester from creating a website from scratch which was difficult as well as learning how to inspect some other website I found interesting. I am looking forward to my future projects with coding because I think I will continue to keep my host name and start creating different websites to build on.
I did struggle with some of my assignments mostly with my banner and picture sizing mostly because I like to work from home and i do not have Photoshop so I wasn’t able to save for the web. Also time was definitely not on our side because although we learned a lot i feel like we could have learned so much more if we didn’t just have a semester to learn how to code.
I really look forward to maybe in the future taking more classes to learn to code. I think it will be beneficial to learn to code as a public relations major because a lot with starting a business’s social media present you need to insure they have a website presents as well. I believe taking this class and future classes will help me better companies websites.
