This class has been really fun for me this semester. I came into it with a little bit of  HTML knowledge and an appetite to learn more, so it’s been cool to learn how to actually make things. I really liked how the class was paced and how each of the projects built on the skills we gained from the previous ones. It definitely felt like we were prepared to go into each new project, even if it was challenging.

I don’t know if I had any favorite or least favorite project necessarily. The HTML website was probably the least interesting, but at the same time it was the most necessary, so it was good to start there. I do wish we had some more class time to work on Bootstrap. I felt like there was more we could have done if we’d had more time or maybe slightly less content requirements. I did really enjoy the Bootstrap project though – it was awesome to be able to create something that looks professional (ish).

I definitely plan on building on the skills we’ve gained in this class going into the future and using the personal website I built as I’m looking for jobs. I used to blog a lot before school got super busy, so I’m also planning on adding a new subdomain and building out a blog site that I can use. Yay real life uses for this class! Thanks for a great semester, Becky!
