I was totally new to coding when I first started this class and because of that I had a rough start. Once I started getting the hang of it, I began to really enjoy working with HTML. Seeing a website come to life as I typed a piece of code was really cool and I’ve definitely enjoyed this class.

Although I enjoyed the class, I did struggle a little with my assignments. I always had a hard time getting my content uploaded onto Fetch and getting the final product of my website to work; this always frustrated me. With that being said, my favorite assignment was probably the iMovie project because I am familiar  with the program and didn’t struggle at all with it. It was simple, fun and liked hearing how people use their social media (news, entertainment, etc) and who their favorite accounts are to follow.

Even though the class is coming to an end, working with HTML and coding in general will not be for me. I want to improve my skills and keep practicing after the class. As I’m applying for jobs for after graduation in December, I’ve noticed that a lot of companies look to see if you know basic coding and it feels great to say that I do. However, I want to eventually know the ins and outs of coding and be able to do more than what I already know now. I’m glad I took this class because coding is a great skill to have.
