Write a blog post about the hobby or organization you plan to build a site for in project 3. Include some background on your choice, both what and why, what your five (5) pages will be and how you think it lends itself to being the basis for a website.
I want to do a blog about different foods that I like to make from scratch. I do run a little bakery business for my friends, special occasions, fund raisers, and dinner parties, but that will only be a small part of the blog. I will have a page about myself. Which will go over my passion for cooking and how my up bringing shaped my culinary palate. I am by no means a professional, but I grew up in restaurants and love tweaking recipes that I come across. Another page will be dedicated to the recipe and the process of creating the dish. The third page would be dedicated to the process for selecting ingredients. Such as the process of picking those healthy and delicious fruits and vegetables that make every dish delectable and savory. My fourth page will be dedicated to the activity that my food is going to be the final outcome or dedication to what I made the dish for. My fifth page will be dedicated to the history or cultural significance that the dish/pastry has. It is very important to know your roots and where the food item that you are preparing comes from. This blog will be a monument as well as a fun way for me to express myself as well as trying out new recipes and learning as much as I can along the way.
