I personally love the way netflix has revolutionized the design and tv navigation streaming on their website. I have frequented streaming sites for years. All before the era of netflix, hulu, crunchyroll, and all other main forms of online tv viewing. Most websites typically have a selected list with every show title, but what netflix has done is carry each cover photo over the tv title.
My other favorite feature is how they present their feature film/Tv shows for every special feature. It’s a great way they can advertise their own features. It’s basically free advertising. Their website has evolved over the years and its usually for the better. However, my only complaint is that they don’t provide a more basic format to scroll through vasts amounts of their shows. If they were to do that then their website would be the most perfect place to view and amount of entertainment worth binge watching for 18hrs straight.
I find Netflix to be one of the most revolutionary, stream lined sites around. I believe cable will die out in favor of Netflix. The ease of use, watch what you want, when you want with no commercials suits our generation perfectly.
Netflix’s redesign has made the site way more user friendly and it gives people exactly what they want to see while still using a modern design that isn’t overcrowded
