I’d have to say one of my most visited sites is NiceKicks.com. It’s basically a shoe blog that creates stories based off of new shoe releases, shoe concepts, and an area that they show shoes worn by celebrities and athletes. I like the way they redesigned the site to feature larger pictures along with the article title. It’s really convenient because I can find information like release dates, price, where they’ll be released, and even some performance reviews of the shoes all in one place. They have grown from more than their original site to generate more content via twitter, Facebook and Instagram. It’s also pretty cool that George Kiel III, a Texas State alum, runs a majority of their blog. I actually got the chance to meet him a year ago during my FDOM class which was awesome. Originally NiceKicks was just a store Austin, Tx but the popularity of their site has allowed for their brand to continue to grow.
I’m eager to look at this website. It looks cool. I’m not much of a sneaker head (because I’m too poor haha) but I still appreciate a good pair of kicks. Interesting!
That does look pretty interesting to check out. I’ve never heard of this website, but they do have a good idea with what they’re doing.
